Acts as the liaison between ownership, pharmacy management, and staff to implement strategic goals and maintain high operational standards.

In 2018, Citiva Medical LLC was acquired by iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc. Kim Volman transitioned from CEO of Citiva Medical LLC to VP of Product and Business Development at iAnthus. At iAnthus, Kim was responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities for the cannabis organization. This included mergers and acquisitions (M&A), licensing agreements, new market entries, and strategic partnerships that aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.

Citiva Medical was founded in 2015 by a small group of New York healthcare professionals. CITIVA set a simple yet ambitious goal: to standardize and scientifically prove the therapeutic and clinical effects of cannabinoid medicine.
